I really believe that it's good for youngsters to have their muscles massaged as often as possible to make their muscles more flexible and heal better from cramps and injuries. Although we are not experts, my parents taught me to gently rub the arms and legs of my son when he was little. I did it a lot whenever he was sleeping and I think it was very helpful because he grew to have a very versatile and athletic body. I believe that's the product of milk and massage combined.

Kristal ByrnesAnonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12599945678371753840noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9175893188467732979.post-80347128328120834432013-01-11T09:53:29.077-08:002013-01-11T09:53:29.077-08:00Hi Kristal,

She made me drink my glass of milk and then instructed me to lie down the bed. As she massaged my legs, she sang me my favorite song until I fell asleep. Now that I’m older, I’m thankful because I have a routine to keep my muscles in good shape.

Regards,
Kristal Byrnes
Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12599945678371753840noreply@blogger.com
